Customer service, just wow...

I ordered something from Brossard pick but the wrong item was delivered to me. Shortly after I e-mailed Chris (the guy who makes the pick), he resent me the correct item, but with an extra. I e-mailed him back and thanked him. Wow, this is just the kind of customer service that doesn't only deliver the quality in the goods but also the way they handle stuff. Anyway, be sure to check out his picks at his website.

Yup. Like TYMC's service is good too when I bought my pedal case from them. Oh yeah, not sure if you saw my post in my other topic but are there any downsides on getting a 2nd hand pickup? A brand new Dimarzio cost about $150++, but I saw someone selling for $90 2nd hand.

There you go. They make really good picks, I like their picks very much.

used pickups are the way to go if you don't mind the condition because the tone will be in tact. just make sure the wires are long enought to reach the pots. some owners snipped their a little too short...

I appreciate good customer service.

I know this sounds silly to some of you guys but one of the reasons I choose boutique products, from pedals to cables to anything guitar related is the customer service they provide.

Lava cable gives a lifetime warranty for their cables. And by lifetime, they really mean lifetime. Once a cable gets faulty, tell them and no questions asked they'll send you a replacement. Even if you bought the cable 2nd hand, they'll still replace it for you. This gives us as customers total confidence in buying cables from them.

Tommy from Lumpy's Tone Shop immediately built me a replacement Tonebender at his own expense when mine got lost in the mail. Refunded my shipping for the incovenience caused and shipped me the new replacement. There, now he has 1 more loyal and returning customer.

To Subversion: Thanks! I'm leaning towards Custom-Custom. Are the sound samples on the Dimarzio website accurate? From what I read of your post on my other topic, it seems like it isn't. But SD's sound sample are more 'plain' and 'dry' but seems more accurate of what I'd get when I buy them. Anything I should look out for when buying a used pickup and is it recommended?

To Killbil: You're welcome. I hope you like the picks, they're awesome, my favourite!
