Locally, I know G77 does custom basses. For overseas, then well there are alot. You could do a google search for them.

check out G77 custom basses ... good stuff for the price and stuff ...

if you want overseas you have James Basses, Warmoth, USA Custom Guitars, Bee Basses ... you should check out Bee Basses .. i think they are underrated ... Nordies are good too .. =) ..
