you can try to compress the video using Windows Media Encoder.

set to 320x240. 300kbps. sound = 32kb mono.

appreciate it man...btw..the previous time i tried to download spanish fly vid..at the 80% mark, it says tat download cannot continue as the server have been reset...tried twice but same problem...
