CRATE AMPS

Ok guys i am saving for a crate amp. Any pros and cons about crate amps? Someone here said there are bad stuff about crate amps...i want to hear more.

few suggestions for you

1.why limit yourself to crate? why not others, im sure there are many other better brands

2.do some research on the net like visiting the official websites of amps and looking at the specs. you will get a better picture instead of just an idea.

3. if you really want good reviews on gear go to www.harmony-central.com
the people there are based in the states and they have a lot more access to good gear than those here. Also there are many many more people there.

Im not trying to diss this site or anything but just letting you know that discussions are not limited to this soft board

I am looking for an amp with good spring reverb. NO muddy distortion with equalisers. An amp that can be used for a small live performance.
