Cost of replacing liscined floyd rose with OFR.

HI,

I have been using a cort evl-k6 guitar for the last 1 year and every feature it have seems fine to me except the liscined floyd rose that comes along with it which seems to go out of tune quite often. I'm thinking of replacing the liscined floyd with an original floyd rose.

Just asking that how much it would cost to do such replacement if i send the guitar to a qualified luthier to do it for me and are there any factors on my guitar that will limit such replacement such as nut size difference between LFR and OFR etc?

licensed Floyd are supposed to follow the standard measurements of OFR, so putting an OFR in there should be straightforward.

I don't know how much lutheirs will charge, but my suggestion is do it yourself. It's not that difficult, and it's always best if you know your equipment inside and out.
