im tinkin if i shld custom a HH tele wit allparts parts and various other parts or to get an olp JP sig and probaly change pickups...the body and neck of the custom tele may not b allparts or fender

If you wana get a OLP JP, i rather you get the MusicMan better. As for Tele, im sorry this is only my opinion. I don like the body shape of tele. hated it

i like the OLP fan of JP but cant afford the real thing(only a kid) like the teles too but wit humbuckers or P90s

my vote goes to the olp. at least its something you can try when its in the completed state. as for the custom, it might not sound desirable when everything is fix together.
