Preferences: Able to teach beginners (children and adults, for examination or leisure), but given a choice, I would prefer to teach Grade 5 and above, to diploma level
Other terms:
Lessons will be conducted once a week for 45 minutes per session, comprising practical, theory or a combination of both depending on the student's needs and upcoming examinations. Lessons are normally conducted at my home in Jurong East. Visits to the student's home can be arranged at an additional charge of $20 - $40 per month (to cover transport) depending on location and distance. There will normally be four weekly sessions in a month, but if a given month has five weeks (five sessions), there are no additional fees for the fifth session. Fees for the entire month will be collected on the first lesson in the month. Lessons may be replaced by either the teacher or the student provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given. There will be no refunds or replacements for no-shows or if less than 24 hours' notice is given. There will be no lessons on public holidays. While I am not calculating with time (and each lesson normally stretches beyond 45 minutes), punctuality is expected and the lesson time will not be extended to accommodate latecomers.
