Hi guys, dunno whether there is such a thread regarding this, I always wanted to know the comparisons with regards to the different pickups with the CIJ fender guitars offer, more on strats actually. They have 3 different types if I am not wrong.
1. Texas Special
2. Vintage USA
3. Dimarzio Collection
Anyone has experience with all 3 pups? I have one strat which has the Texas pups, but then it sounds very thin and loses out in punch and volume when compared to my MIM standard strat stock pups. Are texas pups overwound so as to produce a higher output or anything? I don't know much about this.
So guys, do share any comparisons or views on this.
