Looking for the cheapest strat I can find new. Not interested in 2nd hand - any recommendations?

Standard Value [and SV guitars] are having a promotion on their Squier Bullet Strats - they're selling it for only $199. For that price, it is quite bang for the buck

You know honestly, i've tried the SX strat with the Floyd Rose? It's really really good. If i'm not wrong Davis has a new shop kinda sale? that model going for $199. Played reaaaally nice for its price

well, can go for those brands which are slightly above the $100 mark. Daphon, SX, Santefe etc. my opinion? SX is the best outta all of them but question I want to ask is, why shun 2nd hand stuff?

What's wrong with secondhand.
You can get a Craftsman/TGM for round about a hundred second.

Nothing wrong with 2nd hand... just that I like guitars "virgin" hehehe...

Craftsman, SX, Timbre and Squier come to mind. Might wanna try the new Peal Strat-copy package available at Dan Guitars..................theres a review of it in the reviews section.
