Charcoal & aircon... bbq tip.

If you're planning a BBQ, dont get your charcoal from NTUC (or any air-conditioned supermarket/shop for that matter).

We got them lit them up, nice big ambers a-glowing, put them in the pit, then they slowly-slowly died.
Three times we did this and three times they 'slowly-slowly' die out.
Made us look like a goddamn fools too i must say (snickering bbq'ing neighbours to be blamed for this)

They may look & feel dry on the outside, but the insides are, well, not that dry.
Condensation may have something to do with this.
And it has happen on two different ocassions too (hehe...didnt learn my lesson the first time)

So, dad came to the rescue where he bought charcoal from a provision shop instead.
We had no problems with this lot and so... poor chicken!
