CDS STARIGHTUP

Ok so for the past few years downloading music has been something familiar to almost every music lover; and right now i dont think it would stop.
Dont get me wrong here.I myself download music and I dont think theres anything wrong with downloading music; in fact downloading music can do a musician good.

But

how many of you actually buy cds of your favourite band or artist. I buy at least 5 cds a year( not much i know ). And i personally enjoy the smell of fresh new cds wAF.

oh on another note does any one know where to get Smashing Pumpkins'
" Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness " ? ive been looking for that lately

though buying cd s is an enjoyment but shopping in hmv can burn a hole in my pocket haha

haha, why's the gahmen clamping down on our asses for dl-ing music luhh :roll:

personally, I think we shud do a lil bit of both, like dl and buy music, so that our favourite musicians have some credit to continue producing stuff that we love!

Jolly well said ol chap... The main point is that, if u own the track, u jolly well better go own that CD or delete it from your hard disk. Well, if u keep it to yourself and don't fluant it around, nobody will know eh?

haha i like the sound of gahmen.

what downloading does not get you is album art and lyrics. A cd like Tool 10,000 days is worth the 20 bucks for its awsome album package

YEAH it's really worth it to get albums cos some have damn amazing album art. but on that point though, the parallel imports have really bad printing and the album covers are different from the true originals.

but music-wise they still sound the same, bleh :lol:
