Visa- you should space out your lineup so that one band doesnt start straight after the other man :)
 
the focus is on the gathering, not the gig itself (hence the name Rendezvous) so everybody can take their time setting up etc as long as they're considerate. The delays are only to be expected, there's no way everybody's going to end perfectly on time! (Although they did at The Uprisal, which was awesome)

The main intention is really for all the bands and CAVE people to get together and have a good time and get to know one another.
