Cable jack always on ur guitar?

Guys, do u always left your jack attached to ur guitar? Or always detach it after every playing? Am wondering will it any deal damage to your guitar's output or cable jack in long time. Any idea? ^^

I normally remove after playing... It's just a habit for me i guess.

you can leave it attached- no problems will arise. if your pickups are active, do unplug it to prolong battery life.

if your guitar is located in a place where only you access it, then it's ok. If it's a common place where everyone walk pass, especially if there's kids around... chances of someone gets tripped and the guitar is topple is very high :mrgreen: Well... even if you are alone in your room, you can also trip by your own cable.

I agree with bro Rhizopus. It happened to me once and I never do it again. I got tripped by the cable and my guitar fell from the stand. It ended up with a crack. *Ouch* !!

Yeah.might accidently trip off someday..Hmmm, guess I'll have to force myself unplugg the Jack and keep my guitar in the case, Im just too lazy..haha.
