buying on TGP

hey guys has anyone ever dealed with users on TGP who aren't willing to ship internationally? can i use vpost to deal with these guys?

yes u can!! can really get some real good deals if u're willling to browse thru the fourm...

Not all are willing to ship internationally, but you can try asking. I once requested to buy an amp head, but the seller preferred to deal locally (USA) even if I pay all the shipping charges. But the stuff some of these ang-mohs are selling are quite amazing. Two Rock amp anyone?

You can get killer deals overseas, especially now when people are dropping their prices to get cash quick. I've seen Bogner XTCs go for under 2k USD on HCAF. They shouldn't mind shipping to V-post, it makes no difference to them. It'll just cost you a little more than if he ships it to you directly.

ya! their prices there are really good too. hah. i dont even dream of getting a two-rock just makes me depressed. hahaha. any idea how much it'd cost to ship a boss sized pedal? i'm aiming either pork loin or a keeley bd-2.

just go to the website. they have extremely easy and understandable steps to follow. very detailed too

Most tgpers prefer to ship to their home country ( USA ) mainly..

Others who ship internationally will always give priority to if not USA, UK, Europe.

Very few put their items on ebay ( That is where we can grab 'em ).. and even those who do jack up their price as compared to when selling on TGP..

Deals can be found im sure but its gonna take alot of convincing to make the seller put priority over you compared to the guy who just lives in the next state.

The shipping for a Boss-sized pedal shouldn't cost more than twenty dollars. Maybe if you bargain hard enough he might absorb the shipping.

Never a better time to buy on TGP. With the current economy, they are more willing to deal with international sales. However, for some brands which can be found locally, I still suggest that you deal on the classifieds here.
