I am intending to buy an Les Paul. With a budget around 800-900. What brands are good and where can i buy them from?

hi,
you can actually try out the epiphone les paul ultra.you can refer to the soft review for more info.i have this guitar and i like it alot.the stock pickups (i changed em to APH-1n and APH-1b) are good for the price with reliable grover tuners.it should cost you abt 800 at sweelee or at allmusic.the finishing is also gorgeous
