buying guitar online

Hi there

has anybody bought guitar from sweetwater or musicianfriends...any horror stories? Thinking of buying fender deluxe hss..is so much cheaper online..

Don't mean to be downer, but shops like sweetwater, musician's friend, guitar center, etc. doesn't do international shipping and brands like Gibson and Fender USA has some regulations about selling their guitars outside USA, I learned that after I emailed each of them about some guitars I really liked to buy from them.

I bought my guitars and basses 2nd hand (Fenders and Gibsons) from Tokyo, Japan from Ishibashi U-box, but if you really don't mind buying your deluxe hss 2nd hand, This one is in quite mint condition, in transparent teal (Greenish blue) and maple fretboard. You can have a look at the other strats they have, if you like.
