Buying from TrekTech

Does anyone here find their pricing illogical? They are selling way above the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price.

According to Behringer's price list (http://www.behringer.com/02_products/pricelistDetails.cfm?lang=ENG&cid=SG) the MSRP for the BCR2000 is USD $160 or about Sin$275 ($285 if GST included)

However, when I enquired about the price, I was quoted $345, way above the MSRP.

i thought trektech av once prided themselves on being able to beat any price.

they're not the only ones to have been caught behind the behringer price-lowering anyway. i once inquired abt an over-priced behringer product at city music, they claimed that they were 'not informed' and appeared to be quite annoyed about the altered MSRP.

So what does the little asterik say?
Answer: *Does not apply to Behringer products as we are now distributors.

A request to beat lower prices on Behringer products was met with deadly silence.
