budget guitars to shred

if you can shred, all guitars are shread-able, no kidding.

please be more specific- budget/ shape preference/ pickup types/ etc.

les pauls are supposedly "un-shreddable" but zakk wylde and randy rhoads kick ass on them anyway.

my budget's 200+...the shape n pickups are wat i wanna know more about..i mean, like, are strats,etc...y les pol 'unshreddable'?

depends on personal preference...
for pickups, what kind of sound do you want out of the guitar?
the shape of the guitar won't matter much..

besides that, it depends on ability of course..

when it comes to the guitar body & neck profile, it's a matter of adaptibility. certain individuals adapt to these more readily than others. if an Ibanez RG is shred-worthy to someone, it doesn't mean that it's gonna be likewise to you.

if you are starting up, do audition as many guitars as possible & choose one which you like playing & hearing, regardless of the brand name & fittings it's equipped with. upgrade your guitar when the time comes (only you know when this is gonna be).

ok...guess i gotta try them right...?man..i got problems saving up now...
(can someone give me advise on how to save up too...)hehe...

Literally put aside a certain amount (you decide). If you dun try consciously, you'll end up spending the money away. It's worth the effort and $$ to get a good guitar in a long run, imo.

i shred on my acoustic

any guitar is shred worthy IMHO, with a little bit of adjustments to the guitar like action height and the necks.. the skill of the player stil counts though..

erm can i ask something? waht is shred? i did a search, but the nearest i could get it is tat shredding is playing notes at a great speed?

get a flying V dude. in my opinion, the best guitar for shredding. there's nth blocking the lower ends so u will have easier access to the lower end. and having a neckthrough fret board is nice too... easy to play.

not all flying V have unobstructive neck joint...

my V isnt neck through but still, its better than using a strat model. no obstruction and i can still play it well although it isnt neck through. it'll all come back to how comfortable or good the player is. this is my opinion though...
