I went down to get this item. It is NOT Brand New. In fact, it is visibily more than 1 year old. Warranty card already expired.
Why even mention that she (seller) got it as a gift when it is more than 1 year old....does it matter.
Plain misleading to make people think that it is a brand new gift that she don't want.
Wasted my time and petrol.

I think you have mis-interpreted the term Brand New posted in my tread. It was a lucky draw prize that I got more than a year ago, I have since opened to test out but never used before. BTW, you have not even looked at the item in detail and you say it is visibly more than 1 year old, how do you judge? You have super eyes??????
I have not misleaded anyone, it is you who had misleaded yourself.
