Not sure if anyone is interested with this news that Boys Like Girls will be performing after the Nike+ 10 km Run

Where is the post-Race Concert located?
The Concert will be held at the Padang and it will feature both local and international acts. The concert can only be attended by Nike + Human Race 10K participants.

my friend registered and went to sistic to pay but they said registration was closed days ago. it was scheduled to close on the 4th of august but due to "overwhelming" response, they had to do it early on. man i donno, since when are Singaporeans so keen on running long distance? Wow, the coolness of Nike has inspired them all

The Standard Chartered marathon has the largest number of participants last year. Over 38,000 peeps who participated. More than 14,000 ran the 10km run while the number who ran the full marathon is just a bit lesser at 12,000.

Pretty insane.

I thought the Nike run was too expensive though...

Depends. For organized runs, the area is usually cordoned off with Cisco folks on duty.
