just curious. did u install the bridge pup upside down on purpose?

Yup, glad you noticed.

According to the guy that installed it, it has something to do with the magnetic polarity, thus it has to be the opposite direction to the other pickup when combined.

Btw, the EMGs are way better than the stock pickups imo. The stocks were too thin.
