Our names are Derek and Keith, and we are from Radio Heatwave, Ngee Ann Polytechnic's campus radio. With a reach of 16,000 students, Radio Heatwave keeps the campus grooving to the latest beats and trends in music entertainment!
The two of us, collectively known as DK as well, are currently hosting a radio programme, known as Localised, every Friday from 4pm to 6pm, featuring the best of local music.
Well, we'll be honest with you. We have been lurking around here and promoting the gigs and jamming studios that are regularly featured around here. One fine day though, we decided that oh heck, we'll just start getting you involved!
Yes, we want to get you involved! If you have any news about upcoming gigs, music events or reputable jamming studios that deserve a terrific shout out, send us the information about it at localised@yours.com, and we'll help you publicise the gig, event or studio!
