Best way to ship from US to Singapore ?

Hi,

I'm student who study in Singapore and love music, especially Guitar. I have been wandering around Singapore from Penesular ( forgot how to spell ) to Swee Lee, to Music Land, to Resolution, to every single small guitar shop and i found that alot of cool and new products are unavailable, even though they are available online or in US.

So i try to research and visit more than 20 website about instruments and found that most of them dont ship to Singapore, some do ( with extremely high cost of shipping ).

So i dont know if anyone here can give me good suggestions for buying stuff internationally ( especially guitar effect + other instrument ) and shipping to Singapore ?

Sometimes things in Singapore are overpriced too... Like GT-10 and other boss pedal on sales in Swee Lee are quite overpriced imo ... Line-6 is not bad at all in Music Land but still overpriced, Guitar Rig 3 is also overpriced in Resolution...

I believe that is because of the shipping cost, but still , the product i want is GUITAR RIG 3 PEDAL , or BOSS-10 which you guys will find very rare in Singapore.

So i hope to find some helps here, really appreciate it ^_^.

Most stuff seem at least slightly overprice is probably because of the shipping costs in the first place... well... maybe you have to wait out for a sale...

i do believe that some shops are willing to help you order and ship in the product if they dont sell what you are looking for.

i think bgw guitar helps to ship in guitars for you. just ask them to quote a price. no obligations to purchase it.

alternatively, you can search in the buy/sell section. once in a while people sell rare pedals that are not available in singapore.

From my knowledge, i THINK it goes like this...

Guitar in US goes to VPOST in US
US VPOST ships to SG VPOST
SG VPOST sends to your doorstep
