I had a conversation with Jesper. Nice chap and very accomodating. He gets a third-party workshop to fix your Behringer equipment if it ever goes down. Parts are sent in from Malaysia and he is only a country rep. he does not have a shop and all orders from him will have to be shiped from Malaysia, adding shipping costs, I think.
