Beater weights...opinions?

Hi guys, for those of you using beater weights on your pedals, how do you find them? Any positive changes? Thanks for reading!

the hits will be more powerful of course and in turn louder. depending where you put it. most weights are adjustable i think. the back ward movement of the beater will be larger and would painfully hit your feet if you are using the heel up way of playing

im using the ones that come with the new peace veocity pedals. Its one heavy mf...
Sounds very solid and can project, trains the foot, and just tore a hole in my bass drum batter.

gambatak, the beater weights i was referring to are the attachable ones, like say Pearl's. attached to the shaft of the beater anywhere below the beater head
