2. Download the registration forms.
3. Complete the Team Registration Sheet and email it to us at beachfiesta@fassclub.org
4. Make payment via Internet Banking to UOB Savings Student Account 360-303-929-5
5. SMS any of the PR team your team name and the transaction no. to receive the confirmation email and sms
6. Bring along Indemnity forms on the actual day itself
