hey peeps,
am new here, my first posting.
am looking for like minded people to jam with, be it from existing bands, or thinking of forming new band.
about myself,
male, ch, 30yrs
i can play either the bass (prefer) or guitar, both with experience in gigs and competitions.
genre and influence: Blink182, GC, Sum41, ATL, The Killers, All American Rejects, Muse, Maroon5, RHCP etc
also do not mind trying out mandrin rock/pop.
preferred jammates:
be open minded to new songs genres, new artiste, originals, latest hits etc..
do not mind male/female bandmates, frontman or frontwoman.
looking for eventual playing in gigs, so no bedroom musicians.
can at least pay for your own sessions
not unemployed/lazy bummers hoping to strike big with music in Singapore(not say impossible lah, but realistic here in Spore, dont expect to make a living out of music here, play for the passion haha)
can also include decent looking/charismatic personality? dont kill me for this comment, but those who had performed live before will know that these are good to have...
location is not a issue for me.
i know these may sound too demanding, and may not be able to find a band, but i feel it is better to be direct with one's expectations upfront rather than to fight/quarrel next time ya.
