hi all,,

can someone please recommend a good bass multi-effect?
i dun wan to carry to many things thats y i wan a nice multi effect for my bass,..

thanks!!

..

the pod xt live and pod xt are the same, only the chassis is different.

pod has many usable tones, amp simulations and even the way u mic up the amp/cab setting, which makes it uber cool. of course, i can't a/b against the real amp/cabs...

yeah .. Line 6 PodXT is recommended .. if not .. Korg TONEWORKS ... or ZOOM if you don't have a high budget ...

pro n cons.

u can step on da gt6b whn u play in gigs.
u hve to go down and change ur settings if u're only using e pod kidney.

da gt6b can fit in da warwick efx bag.

+1 ME-50B

Own one. initially thought multi fx-es will have sh*tty tones that sound cheap, but surprisingly, it's not bad. good all-rounder, and easy to use.

oh, except it's filters. that one the sound quite questionable...

Oh ok... just want to know everyone's opinions, how would a Boss ME-50B compare to a Boss GT-6B? If you had a choice which one would you buy?

i know that the GT-6B has true analog bypass and amp combos unlike the ME-50B. But the ME-50B is really easy to use(all knobs) unlike the GT-6B which has the digital LCD screen selection thingy.

if i understand correct ... one floorboard is geared more towards BASS MODELLING while the other is geared more towards BASS EFFECTS. You've gotta find the difference and see which one fits you more. I think if you are those kind of crazy effects bassist then get the one with more effects. If you want that tone versatility get the one with the bass modelling technology ...

period.

thank y'all for the response,....

is the zoom b2u.1 ok? it's cheap and looks good,. got some pretty decent tones and features to play around too,... but the guy from music plaza advised me to keep away from zoom and smarvo,....

any second opinion? good advise?

thanks!

yes,my advise is to keep away from zoom,be it guitar or bass effect, dont waste your money on zoom bro

don't look down on ZOOM ... they have good products for their price, not professional .. but if you want good stuff with a budget .. they are the ones to look for .. no one in their league man .. seriously ...
