badass II bridge

I'm intending to get a new bass from either ishi or apollon and upgrading it with a bunch of other stuff including a badass II bridge. The thing is that the bridge comes with no grooves for the strings to sit in, so does anybody know where/who I can bring it to get it filed down properly?

..

i used to have a badass I bridge, asked my friend malcolm (no, not empty71) to file it. just ensure that you let the guy know of the string gauges you usually use.

another headache was that the I version had only 3 screwholes and it did not fit a fender bass. So had to drill new holes to fit it in. the BAII has 5 holes so it'll be an easier fit.

but there're some basses which come with a factory installed BAII. fender models included.

or... maybe ask ishi if they can install for you?

interesting :) thanks. i'd ask ishi but the BAII costs $20 more than ordering it from guitar parts resource. i'm being picky here because it's not the only part of the bass i'll be upgrading.. pickups, a hipshot d-tuner and a pickguard if it doesn't come with a b/w/b one ;)

how fast they reply dude? how to pay them? is it possible if i tompang you? i want to get a bad ass II bridge for myself

oh ok...great...thanks,i think i gonna order lotsa stuff from davis...do you notice that they start bringing in fender MIJ

anyway guys...you know the market price for badassII? coz im selling one, a brand new 1,but dunno the price

The BAIII can't be used as a drop-in Fender replacement... have to drill extra holes which I'm not very willing to do.
