Does anyone have experience with the AxeFX Ultra?
Am thinking of ordering one very soon!

seeing the massive amount of threads about the axefx in tgp just says something about this beast. i guess not many ppl here [or maybe no one!] have experience with it yet since most of us are still using line6. the digitech rp series and gsp1101 are getting great reviews as well but swee lee is just chopping ppl with their prices.

I think it's definitely a great processor since so many people complimented it. I wonder how much is it in SGD? Once you bought it, say goodbye to all the amps and effects pedal.

Nope. Tried it, and a tube amp and a good ol' pedalboard won out by far.

Nice. I haven't tried it. Isn't it just another Digital Effect processor? Im not a fan of it anyway. I prefer pure tube amp and some high quality effects. =)

it seems the standard costs $2649.00 AUD and the ultra costs $3,299.00 AUD

quite expensive! but the specs look good. the processor should be quite powerful from the list of effects it can run simultaneously. wonder how it compares to the pod x3 live, costing about 6 to 7 times more

am going to order it direct from Fractal, it costs 1999 USD for the Ultra
if i include shipping, etc, it will work out to be about 3.2k or less new

I hope that it will be the end it all solution.

Also will be getting the Art SLA2 power amp.
