Atr2500 usb- help

Im so new to all of this and now Im really stuck because of - VOLUME . oh god. I dont know how to increase it. everytime I record and listen to it again, its so soft. ive tried using the buttons of the front of the mic and increasing my laptop volume to max. why isnt the volume loud at all. its a brand new laptop, mic and monitor headphone, so it cannot be any problem with the products i think. i jus dont know how to increase the volume. help

You need an Audio Controller or Mixer.. not direct to the laptop.
