I am introducing my favourite Studio Ghibli's music to you, but it is not by Hisaishi.
The film score of Arrietty was composed by French musician Cécile Corbel, it was also the first time a non-Japanese composer worked with Studio Ghibli.
When I was in high school, my language teacher showed us The Secret World of Arrietty in class, and I was immediately intrigued by the folk tune in the film.
After I got home, I couldn't stop myself from listening to the Arrietty's album.
And I can't recall how many times I have revisited the movie, it is just too beautiful.
