Are these bands dead or alive?

Just wondering if anyone can help me with this:

I'm trying to find out whether the following bands are still together or if they've split up (if you've heard of them):

1) Plain Sunset
2) Ensomnia
3) Recluse

It'd be great if you know how to contact them also. Thanks!
