anyone know the price for fender 4sg jazz bass made from USA

i take it that 4sg=4 strings eh?

the most affordable American Fender basses are from the Highway1 series. the P/J bass retails for $1300+/-... that's the last time i checked, around June.

i think mine is the 'standard 4 made in USA' not the american jazz bass version .. i check the us site there is two different type..so assume it is 1300 hmmm ok ... cause that time i went to the show room it seems like 1500 plus

sorry, but i don't quite get what you are saying there, i'm not aware of a Std 4 model... the jazz bass comes in these various versions, currently:

*Std
*Classic
*Highway1
*American Series
*American Deluxe
*American Vintage
