hi just checking to see if anyone would like to group purchase the limited edition blues jr humboldt hot rod from proguitarshop.com

it will cost about SGD$748+taxes if we get 2 buyers. (me being one of them)

and SGD$712+taxes if we get 3 buyers. (again, me being one of them)

prices are calculated based on a 1.21 US-SGD exchange rate, so be prepared to pay a little more... banks arent too kind to us. : ]

sadly, shipping about doubles with anything more than 3 amps. 700+ dollars for a blues jr with upgrades worth easily $200 is really worth it IMO. (reason why i'm actually considering it) so...

its unfair that PGS has andy on their videos. he makes everything sound epic. 'one big holiday' on the intro was worse gas than a can of beans
 
i don't mean to hijack but i have a question(s) about buying gear online through websites like proguitarshop.
how is the procedure like(from ordering through the website to the day you receive your order)? I've never bought any gear online before so i really am clueless about it.
and what about taxes?? :confused:
 
taxes are just 7% GST for anything above $400. but i'm not too sure whether it applies cos i once bought something for $500 and i wasnt taxed so i'm hoping for the best too. hahah.

buying online is simple as adding the items to your shopping cart, checking out and waiting for the item to arrive! ahah sorry i'm not sure if that's what you're asking.

yea and you'll need to get a step up/step down transformer to use it here. that can be bought at sim lim tower (Y).
 
400sgd. yeap it'll be sent to my house. I think I might be placing the Order for it either tonight or tomorrow. I have a friend who's also interested in getting it.
 
By the way, PGS has a 10% off coupon code until 31st July: "SUMMER10".

GST is applicable by right, but often items pass through without. Not sure about such a large item as an amp or two though.
 
Hey bros,

I tried ordering for the past few weeks through blackwoods. There's an issue with the Hemp cone. Just thought you'd like to know. I've mailed customs and CNB, and CNB will be giving me a reply with soon. Just a heads up before you guys place order.
