yup, the special edition is well worth the money for the DVD alone. amazing packaging as well, includes a mirror to read the lyrics which are written in reverse.

i'm overseas so i don't know a sure place to get it in SG, inokii and clairvoyant records would be your best bet.

personally i feel its alot more vocal/lyric driven than the previous albums, understandable given its a concept album. i like it alot better than death cult armageddon, but it still falls short of puritanical euphoric misanthropia.

some great string/synth arrangements on the album, in the studio videos from the DVD you get to see the arrangment process and nordstrom (producer) actually solos individual tracks, very interesting and a real eye opener.

I managed to get one from Inokii,its the one with the banned US cd cover(but you cant tell when you see it from the shelves.Heh.)Worth buying,Hellhammer on drums and for 26 dollars,its worth evry penny.Watch out for the bonus track,The Heretic Hammer and their lead single,The Serpentine Offering

it seems that DB is straying deeper into pop venture as opposed to black metal per se with this one... still a good release nevertheless.
