Any substitutes for Boss PSA adapters?

Hi people, does anyone know whether I can get my hands on pedals similar to BOSS PSA-120S acdc adapters locally (with preferably 9V and 200mA)?

Aren't those 120v adapters? If you're looking for 240v ones Sim lim's easiest. Or you can get OneSpot adapters over at G77.
