Hi everyone =)
I've just got onto soft lately. I'm not too sure if I happen to be posting this in the right spot though... Anyway, like the title say I'm looking for a guitar teacher who can teach me guitar !
K, so like some stuff about me if you must know. I've played for about 5 months now. I'm familiar with the common open chords. (Major and minors only. Sus and all the other complicated ones don't count.) a few movable chord forms too. As for theory, I suppose i understand how some chords are constructed and stuff but i wouldn't say i firmly am competent with all that. My techniques a big problem actually. I CAN'T SHRED =(.
I was hoping you guys could recommend me a teacher who could teach me a wide range of genres, inclusive of technique and theory. I'm really interested in jazz, I think its pretty damn cool. But i don't understand i thing about it though, excuse me for being mortal and sounding stupid. Any one teacher you guys have had in the past whom has made a difference to your playing ? Anything ! I'd definitely look into it. If i haven't included any relevant info don't hesitate to tell me either. Thanks a lot guys !
