An interesting webby on local blues musicians & history

I accidentally found the above while surfing.

Just go to the above links, it will have some history on the blues bands community in Singapore.

If you surf around you can also find info on Uncle Dennis of Guitar77, who was the bassist of The Straydogs. Some pics too, see if you recognise the handsome dude. There is even an mp3 track of their recording released by EMI circa 1971.

Wow, the song Freedom and the recording style represents that era beautifully, how about one of our current bands attempt an updated cover of it.

Hmmm.......since the web was last updated on 2002, wonder wheather the webmaster knows about SOFT, should include in the weblinks, since SOFT is the most happening webby for musicians in SG.
