Amp buzz

I just recently bought a Laney Cub12R.

One issue I have with this is that it hums when the amp is set very loud and it is quite annoying. The hum/buzz stops when I touch the strings of the guitar.

Is it caused by some grounding issue? I'm using a guitar loaded with humbuckers, so I doubt the guitar is the culprit. Any advice will be welcomed.

seems totally normal to me.. unless you are getting an electric shock as well

grounding your amp might help solve the issue. Use the search bar and find the post on how to ground your amp.

Managed to change the 2-pin plug that came with the amp to a 3-pin one. Fixed the problem. Thanks.
