Hey buddy, I'm using alaska picks for some fingerstyle songs as well.
I referred to this Youtube vid for the customization and fitting of the picks onto your fingers comfortably.
In any case, it pick tends to loosen up slightly after wearing it for awhile so fret not if it's too tight currently. And if it's too loose, add something on the inner side of the pick to decrease the diameter so as to say.
