Hi!
Selling my aged (10+ years) seagull S6 folk GT
Seagull guitars are beautifully handcrafted!
Specs:
Solid cedar top (Expect small dings from this aged beauty)
Wild cherry back and sides
Silver leaf maple neck (Wear on the neck, this is one well loved instument)
Rosewood fingerboard & bridge
Tusq nut and compensated saddle (Saddle is slightly sanded down on the tremble that makes it easier to play)
Semi-gloss lacquer finish
Fishman pick-up (Working sometimes, suspect loose wiring)
Bought it from a second handed guitar store in Thailand, storeowner said that it was owned by a previous non-pro musician who knew his instrument well. Well, take it with a pinch of salt. The age however, is matched by its playability, my favourite piece in the entire store (that's why i bought it)
Sweet tone from this canadian piece. Its age brings out every intonation with clarity.
Best used for fingerstyle players with its slightly larger fret board width.
Condition: Have seen better days.
Chip of wood near the sound hole.
Rough lacquer finish near the bridge
Minimal dings
Comes with a hard foam case but zip has broken. Still usable due to strap lock.
Asking for $400, relatively firm pricing as it is a reasonable price.
