hey guys I bought an classical guitar "admiral sevilla" from yahoo sg auctions a year ago , got it for around 220bucks while only retailed at 400+? , it sounded quite decent for a good start since now Im currently learning beginner..
I'm not quite sure how to define or find a better classical guitar when Im better, I went to yamaha , tried the cgbn1 which sounded really nice and the neck was so easy to slide up and down unlike my admiral which neck seem to be sticky over time and have to keep on wiping it , maybe it has got to do with my sweaty palms in an air conditioned room
for acoustic guitar I remember once , someone told me about the wood grain and the fretboard wheather its bending or etc or if there are any cracks.. I have an acoustic fina guitar at home but I find it rather hard to use as its really big sized.. , and i find that guitars have different sizes also affect the player's playability.. , so far I don't really touch it and its already left in the dust..
as for electric I have an sa120 ibanez but I don't touch it too , cause its body is kinda small for me and somewhere on palm or arms will start to hurt after playing it for awhile.
so I enjoy classical as much as its most comfortable.. , acoustic too depending on which body size I hold , most preferably the takamine series used at hark music.
