Hi guys,i am planning to buy an acoustic guitar,probably setting aside about 100-150 for it.I want a warm yet trebly tone...like nice overalls.Also,is Maestro good?

maestro is awesome. i want one so much.
nice is pretty subjective and im not that good at differentiating tones yet but i think maestros have a pretty good tone compared to let's say.. ibanez, which are abit too twangy for me, but personal preference i guess.

however, you cant get a maestro for 100-150..

i owned one ibanez before i sold it and did not have good experience with it,though i can say it looked really nice.

haha yeah basically tone depends on the wood, but as to which wood gives what tone, im afraid i cant help there.
maybe you could try looking at guitar buy/sell section?

For your budget Fina is a really good choice, i think Davies carries them. Or like what Vickomaniac said, check out the guitar b/s section.
