my acoustic guitar is nearly 1 year old now, and i found out that the action is getting higher and higher, but then we i try to turn the truss rod.. is too tight, and i am worried that i will break it.

Shall i put some grease or
is there any method that can lower down the action , besides changing the saddle/ bridge?

Why not try lighter gauge strings first, to lower the string tension (i.e. lowers the pull on the neck). If it still bugs you, then better take it to a pro..

which way u turn the truss rod?? ccw or CW??? if ur action too high..your neck is too relieved
then u have to straighten ur truss rod (turn it CW) do not turn more than 1/8 without checking the relive 1st... (you can check it by bring your string to harmonic pitch)

note: loosen all ur strings 1st before turning the truss rod :)
