Accoustic Guitar(Seagull S6)

I have a Seagull S6. There appears to be a thin crack at the back of the guitar where the neck is joined to the headstock. Before I could clearly see where the separate pieces of the neck and the headstock were joined but now half the length of the joined area has a thin crack which can be seen through the finish. How much would a a repair work be estimated to be? In addition to that, I wuld also like to lower the action of the guitar. Please advice.

been to maestro. they sent me to the "Zen guitar works" (I think this is the name...). the tech told me a full set up for an acoustic guitar would cost between 20 to 35 dollars.

Actually a full setup would cost 35-50 for an acoustic.
