I've watch a couple of youtube videos of guitarist playing seize the day solo and i see the way they bend the high e string smoothly and im afraid to do that coz i scared my string broke...as e string is the precious one......should i try"??

Anyone of u tried playing the solo oredi??Share me some opinions.....

i played it too many times that i got bored and everytime someone played that solo i would cover my ears and scream. Its easy. But the little shredding requires some practice

if you're scared to break the strings, might as well don't play it. -.-
just give it a shot, dont bend too much, or bend too little, bend till you hear the sound that is right. keep practicing the bending and the solo is pretty much easy for you. good luck =)

thx guys appreciate ur replies...anymore opinions to share??coz normally e string bending the most is 2 frets...but the higher the note the risk is for me...

and by the way FEEQ i know ure a pro..LOL +1

aiiyoo.. just bend the string!!! :)
it will most probably only break if ur strings are rusted..
they wont break so easily la..

just go for it and good luck..

u know how to bend right? supposed to hold on to the string then turn ur wrist to make ur fingers move up and not use ur finger muscle to push it up..

like deathtrystan said.. just bend till it sounds right.. other than that.. use slinky strings! tho they rust very fast..

its one of my fav solos not just to play!

Damn....dont know which brand guitar string to buy....some say ernie ball slinky gud but can rust easily .....now im confused..lol

i hate A7x.cause their stuff are really easy to play.except wicked end.cause its a wicked song.play some trivium or pantera.ultimate shredding rules!

edit:to topic.if you scared to do the bend the pick the note on a higher fret.like if you are suppose to bend at 15.but you cant.then pick the note at 17 with no bend.sounds the same.

actually bend using your middle finger with your ring finger supporting it behind.the reccommended way to do a bend.
