A/E Guitarist looking for casual/committed bands

I am looking for a band to jam with, with a goal to perform in public.

About me:
-24 chinese guy, plays electric guitar as my main (both lead and rhythm), have been playing for 9 years.
-Able to play acoustic guitar, intermediate drums and basic rhythm bass guitar
-Able to sing chinese, english and korean songs
-Stays in the central-north
-Able to jam/perform almost anytime till end of this year
-Very particular with drummer's internal metronome
