Hey guys,I need some help in getting a crunchy hard rock tone. What are the amp settings should i use?

Thanks alot!

Try using the Marshall amp models. You can try using the Mark iic+ model (cali crunch) and throw in a classic distortion at the stomp section with pretty low drive setting, gain and tone past 12 o clock, or you can pretty much do this to any amp to get a nice grit to the tone without getting too fuzzy.

Really there are so many possibilities with the pod that you can try out. Couple of good amp models within the pod: Solo 100(Soldano), Citrus (Orange), Line 6 Big Bottom, Plexi Variac'd, Missisipi Criminal (5150).

It requires lots of tweaking to get the right sound, you might wanna have more mids and presence but not too much gain. The amp models in the Pod are known to sound a little fizzy so you can try using the EQ to low pass/cut the high frequency at around 10khz.

How bout you post a link of the tone that you want to model after, I'll see what I can come up with and I'll upload the patch here for you.
