A 10-15W guitar amp

Ok.. Here goes.

I need recommendations of a lasting quality 1st hand 10-15W amp cuz i dun wanna hear complaints frm my family or even neighbours n im only practising in my study room. Preferably those frm Line6, Randall, Laney or Peavey.. But other brands oso can as long as the quality for this specific type of wattage is ther n it lasts. I play rock songs so i'd prefer amps wif gd distortion bt even for clean sounds... Ok, AT LEAST an above average level. The best thing is tat the amp can sing both distortion n clean bt i guess for this wattage is a lil hard.. So jus preferably gd distortion n above average clean sounds wil do.

Budget is 165 n below.
